Quality Award for BTS Liquid Waste

BTS Liquid Waste was taken over in 1997 by the present management, to provide a high quality liquid waste collection and disposal service.

The company established a reputation throughout the South East of England undertaking contracts for several major companies. The company’s success was, and remains, attributable to a firm commitment to quality. The company has grown significantly every year and took delivery of another brand new 3000g tanker in June 2007.

Following an assessment by an independent body, BTS has been awarded the ISO 9002 certificate. This prestigious award for quality is supported by the Government and recognised worldwide.

The reward recognises the company’s commitment to and exceptional quality of service. With only 3% of UK Business holding this Certificate, BTS is at the forefront of quality, service, and customer care.

Alice Burke, who undertook the assessment for QMS Quality Management Systems, paid particular tribute to “the investment in people and genuine caring attitude that enables BTS to give an efficient service to their customers.”

BTS make an effort to support the local community and as such, sponsor a local school football strip. BTS are also one of the sponsors for Dressage at Hickstead an International Prestigious Equestrian Event, which is held at the world famous, premier All England Jumping Course at Hickstead, West Sussex in July and Aug every year. In addition BTS is proud to be sponsoring British Grand Prix Speedway rider Scott Nicholls and Elite league riders, such as  Daniel King and Edward Kennett the under 21 British Champion.
